It serves as Component B (polyether polyol as Component A) in a two-component system, enabling the manufacture of various soft elastic foam plastics, including automotive sponge seat cushions, carpets and other automotive interior parts, fitness seats and accessories, office chairs, soft toys, and slow-rebound products.

M5227 is one of our company’s modified MDI series products, primarily used in the production of self-skinning foams. It serves as Component B (polyether polyol serving as Component A) in two-component systems, enabling the manufacture of various soft, elastic foam plastics such as automotive steering wheels, fitness equipment accessories, office furniture, and soft toys.

The filter assembly material consists of two components, A and B. Component A (commonly known as the white material) is primarily composed of polyether polyol, a crosslinking agent, and various additives. Component B is either a standard liquid MDI or an MDI prepolymer modified by our factory. This product is mainly used for manufacturing end-capping components of automotive filters.
