Polyurethane color-coated steel insulation panel
Polyurethane panels are sandwich panels made either entirely of polyurethane (PU) or composed of PU laminated with color-coated steel sheets. They are primarily used in external thermal insulation systems for both industrial and civil buildings. The main polymer chain contains urethane groups, giving these panels a Shore A hardness ranging from 10 to 80, wear resistance 3 to 5 times greater than that of rubber, and excellent oil resistance. Their elongation at break can reach 600% to 800%, and their tear strength is 2 to 5 times higher than that of natural rubber.

Product Details
Polyurethane boards are sandwich panels made either entirely from polyurethane (PU) or composed of a polyurethane core laminated with color-coated steel sheets. They are primarily used in external thermal insulation systems for both industrial and civil buildings. The main polymer chain contains urethane groups, giving these boards a Shore A hardness ranging from 10 to 80, wear resistance 3 to 5 times greater than that of rubber, and excellent oil resistance. Their elongation at break can reach 600% to 800%, and their tear strength is 2 to 5 times higher than that of natural rubber.
This material exhibits excellent vibration-damping performance and can serve as a replacement for rubber in shock-absorbing and cushioning applications. The polyurethane board is produced via the cast polyurethane elastomer process, using a reaction between polyether/polyester polyols and isocyanates. It can be formulated with flame-retardant and antistatic additives.
The products are widely used in fields such as automotive manufacturing, mining machinery, and grain processing, and are also employed as energy-saving materials in large-scale supermarkets, office buildings, airport terminals, sports venues, and other types of structures [2-3]. Due to their high wear resistance and cushioning performance, polyurethane wear-resistant liners are used as a replacement for PE liners; their flame-retardant and antistatic properties are achieved through the selection of appropriate additives.

Recommended Products
Turning cylindrical workpieces (polyurethane cast pipes)
Polyurethane billets, grade 95ES, are polyurethane turned billets designed for general-purpose sealing applications. They can operate continuously over a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C and feature three key characteristics: ease of machining, low compression set, and high resilience—offering excellent value for money.
Vulcanized rubber (polyurethane valve seal)
Valve rubber, also known as “valve diaphragm,” is an elastic sealing element made from highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU). It is installed between the valve body and valve seat of fracturing pumps, mud pumps, and cementing trucks, serving as a unidirectional valve seal. Its service life directly determines the number of consecutive fracturing stages and the efficiency of the operation.
Cold-weather protective gear for ice and snow sports
The polyurethane cold-weather protective gear for ice and snow sports is specially designed for extremely cold environments, directly tackling the extreme temperature challenges ranging from -20°C to -45°C and maintaining outstanding performance even in severe cold.
Mud pump piston head (polyurethane-sealed piston)
The polyurethane mud pump piston head is a high-performance core component developed by our company based on our mature polyurethane elastomer technology. It is widely used in mud pump equipment for applications such as mining, oilfields, geological exploration, and river dredging.
