Polyurethane High-Rebound Modified MDI

M5126 is one of our company’s modified MDI product series, primarily used for the production of low-density flexible foam. Application Information

M5126 is one of our company’s modified MDI product series, primarily used for the production of low-density flexible foam. It serves as Component B (polyether polyol as Component A) in a two-component system, enabling the manufacture of various soft elastic foam plastics, including automotive sponge seat cushions, carpets and other interior trim components for automobiles, fitness seats and accessories, office chairs, soft toys, and slow-rebound products.

Storage and Transportation

Waterproof and sun-resistant. Store at room temperature (5℃ to 40℃). Shelf life: 6 months; if unopened and stored in suitable conditions, it can last for several years.

This product is classified as a hazardous material; it is recommended to transport it using standard cargo shipping methods.

It can meet the requirements for rebound and support in low-density soft foams, featuring uniform cell structure and excellent resistance to collapse. Some formulations are stable and perform reliably even in low-temperature environments.

The viscosity at room temperature is 150–250 mPa·s, making it easy to pump and mix. Its reactivity is controllable, with a wide operating window, and it is compatible with a variety of foaming processes and production lines.

With a shelf life exceeding 6 months, it remains stable at low temperatures and is resistant to crystallization. It exhibits excellent resistance to aging and strong hydrolysis resistance, and complies with low-VOC standards, making it suitable for green manufacturing.
