Excellent wear resistance: This product features a special polyurethane formulation that delivers wear resistance 3 to 5 times greater than that of conventional rubber. The product’s hardness is precisely controlled at 90±5 on the Shore A scale, striking an optimal balance between high wear resistance and excellent elasticity.

Excellent voltage resistance performance: The product’s maximum working pressure can reach 40 MPa. Its unique structural design effectively ensures sealing stability under high-pressure conditions, guaranteeing long-term stable operation even in extreme service environments.

Excellent temperature resistance: This product can be used reliably and stably for extended periods in high-temperature environments up to 120℃. Its operating temperature range spans from -30℃ to +120℃, and it boasts excellent antioxidant and heat-aging resistance, ensuring outstanding durability and reliability even under wide temperature ranges and at high temperatures.

Wide media resistance: Outstanding media compatibility—demonstrating excellent resistance to both water-based and oil-based muds. It exhibits exceptional acid-alkali resistance and remains stable over a wide pH range of 3 to 13.

Strong mechanical performance: While possessing high tensile strength and excellent tear resistance, it also exhibits outstanding elasticity and cushioning performance, effectively absorbing impacts and protecting equipment.

Innovative self-lubricating properties: Good self-lubricity can achieve a lower coefficient of friction, effectively reduce operating resistance, and help extend the service life of the piston head itself as well as its mating components.

Wear resistance and cushioning It boasts extremely high wear resistance, while its high elasticity and shock-absorbing performance effectively cushion pressure impacts, ensuring wear resistance without damaging the cylinder, protecting equipment, and reducing overall maintenance costs.
Low-friction self-lubricating The innovative molding process endows the product with excellent self-lubricity and a low coefficient of friction, resulting in minimal running resistance, effectively enhancing transmission efficiency, and ensuring stable sealing performance.
Chemical corrosion resistance It exhibits excellent resistance to water-based and oil-based muds as well as a variety of chemical media (hydrolysis-resistant and corrosion-resistant), making it suitable for complex operating conditions.
High mechanical strength It features high tensile strength, resistance to high-pressure loads, and superior load-bearing capacity, ensuring structural integrity and sealing performance even under extreme pressure conditions.

Transportation and storage

① Avoid extreme temperatures: During transportation, the product should be kept away from prolonged exposure to environments above 40℃ or below -20℃. Although the product itself has a wide temperature tolerance range, extreme temperatures may affect its initial physical state.

② Ideal storage conditions: The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. It is recommended to maintain the ambient temperature between -20℃ and +30℃, with relative humidity preferably below 70%.

③ Avoid ozone and light exposure: The storage location should be kept away from equipment that generates ozone (such as high-voltage electrical appliances and motors), and direct sunlight or strong artificial ultraviolet light sources should be avoided in any form, to prevent surface aging and cracking of the material.

④ Keep in original packaging: Before putting the product into use, please try to keep it in its original factory-sealed packaging to prevent contamination by dust and impurities.

⑤ Follow the “First-In, First-Out” principle: When managing inventory, the “First-In, First-Out” principle should be followed to ensure that products with the longest storage times are used first.
