Products
All-water self-skinning composite material
Product applications: Used to manufacture self-skinning armrests, foot pads, seat cushions for fitness equipment, cervical pillows, dumbbells, and other similar products.
Category: Polyurethane composite material
Product Details
Composed of two components, A and B. Component A consists of polyether polyol and various additives; Component B is a modified MDI developed by our company. This all-water self-skinning formulation utilizes environmentally friendly foaming technology to produce high-quality products with a tough skin and a soft core in a single molding process. The product boasts a fine texture, excellent abrasion resistance, and durability, making it widely suitable for applications such as automotive steering wheels and home handrails—offering both outstanding performance and significant green environmental benefits.
Product Use
Used for producing self-skinning armrests, foot pads, fitness equipment seat cushions, cervical pillows, dumbbells, and other products.
Product Advantages
Low viscosity and good fluidity, making it suitable for molding complex parts.
With appropriate porosity, the product should not shrink.
The process has high tolerance, and changes in temperature and proportions have little impact on the finished product.

Recommended Products
Turning cylindrical workpieces (polyurethane cast pipes)
Polyurethane billets, grade 95ES, are polyurethane turned billets designed for general-purpose sealing applications. They can operate continuously over a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C and feature three key characteristics: ease of machining, low compression set, and high resilience—offering excellent value for money.
Vulcanized rubber (polyurethane valve seal)
Valve rubber, also known as “valve diaphragm,” is an elastic sealing element made from highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU). It is installed between the valve body and valve seat of fracturing pumps, mud pumps, and cementing trucks, serving as a unidirectional valve seal. Its service life directly determines the number of consecutive fracturing stages and the efficiency of the operation.
Cold-weather protective gear for ice and snow sports
The polyurethane cold-weather protective gear for ice and snow sports is specially designed for extremely cold environments, directly tackling the extreme temperature challenges ranging from -20°C to -45°C and maintaining outstanding performance even in severe cold.
Mud pump piston head (polyurethane-sealed piston)
The polyurethane mud pump piston head is a high-performance core component developed by our company based on our mature polyurethane elastomer technology. It is widely used in mud pump equipment for applications such as mining, oilfields, geological exploration, and river dredging.
